The Dakota Skinner is published twice a year in January/February and June/July. The newsletter, not only provides an opportunity for members of the North Dakota Fur Hunters and Trappers Association to communicate with each other, but also is another opportunity to educate our members.  If you would like to submit articles or photos, please send them to our newsletter editor, Phil Mastrangelo.
